Please make sure that the first thing you do is ensure the safety of the survivor!

I am not a therapist and do not endorse or recommend any particular course of action or treatment. I am a fellow survivor and I know that having allies and creating a network of support was critical to my own process.

I hope that these links may provide some direction regarding services that are available out there.

Remember, if you or someone you know is in crisis -call 911 or go to your local emergency room. At the very least,  you know that you'll be safe !
